I realize it is a bit of a pain to have to register and login.  If I already know you, it is information I likely have but will be helpful to have in one place.  If I don't know you, it gives me information to contact you if I need to.  I will never use the information for anything other than to contact you relative to this web site.

Some people have trouble remembering their username.  For many, the easiest is the name on their primary email account.  For example, if your email is myname@someemail.com you could make your username myname.  You are, of course, free to make it whatever you want - that is just a suggestion.

As it says below, shortly after you register (within a day - usually less - you may need to check your spam filters or spam folder - depending on how tight your settings are), you will usually receive another email granting you access.  When you then login, if you check the "Remember Login" checkbox, you will not have to log in in the future.  Obviously, don't check this box if you are using a public computer.
